My question is, getting to the point, what are the drop rates and what are factors that affect them so I can farm more efficiently because this is getting a bit frustrating. I have been hearing nothing but "it's so easy" and "I could have built him five times over by now" and yet can't seem to get the drop for the systems. I have so far had little luck getting any oberon pieces even farming with a maxed out nekros on Orokin Derelict Defense missions and Other defense missions of varying difficulties.
I know that they drop from Eximus, or leader, enemies and that those enemies appear on any map/node in the game including the void and derelict.

I've received a lot of conflicting advice for how to obtain drops. I've been back on warframe for the first time in a while and for the past two weeks have been attempting to farm Oberon parts.
